■Job Title/Position： Asset Manager（Non-Manager level）
■Status： Full-Time
■Job Description：
○Duties
• Manage logistics Assets
• Manage tenant, PM, Trust Bank, Lender and other vendors
• Acquire Assets (underwrite, DD, documentation and other related works)
• Report to Local Log Head, Japan CEO and headquarter
• Prepares reports requested by HQ by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing asset information
○During Acquisition
○After acquisition (Asset management)
■Qualifications and Education Requirements：
1. University/college graduate with degree
2. Prefers with Takken licenses
3. 3 years of working experiences as AM or acquisition
4. Business English Level - Speaking, Writing, Listening
5. Knowledge of real estate industry
6. Reporting skills, attention to details, deadline-oriented, reporting research results, confidentiality, time
7. Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
