■POSITION SUMMARY：
Currently we are looking for Director in Finance and Accounting Group (“F&A”), who can oversight the day to day operations.
F&A consists of two functions:
1) Financial Accounting (SPC Accounting)
2) Managerial Accounting
■REPORTS TO： Chief Financial Officer
■KEY RESPONSIBILITES：
The successful candidate shall take responsibility for and / or assist in all or part of the following:
* Understand deal structures and financing scheme
* Understand entire reporting requirements for financial and business purposes
* Manage and supervise 8-10 staff and provide guidance to F&A members in day-to-day operation
* Form an effective conduit role between F&A and Asset Management Group
■REQUIREMENTS：
1. Demonstrates strong leadership
2. Self starter and problem solver
3. Demonstrates strong communication skills as well as presentation skills
4. 5-8 years experience in real estate investment with a respected institution.
5. Excels at working within an institutional, leading organization that demands excellence without being micro-managed.
6. Must be a team player that demonstrates maturity, perseverance, ambition and possess a keen entrepreneurial sense.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
9. Must be fluent in English. Bilingual Japanese National preferred.
